With gratitude
Your presence at our wedding is already a gift to us. After more than a decade together, we're fortunate to have most of the traditional registry staples — and we're marrying at the same time we're beginning an entirely new chapter of our lives. So instead of registering for more things, we've created a few funds for the places, experiences, and projects that will become part of our married life together.
Shortly after the wedding, we'll begin our next chapter in Northwest Arkansas. New state, new house, new marriage — and quite a few empty rooms. This fund helps us turn our new house into a home, from furniture and artwork to the little details that make a space feel lived-in, loved, and unmistakably ours.
Before we leave Colorado, there's one particularly meaningful place we want to care for: the Shala. It has held years of yoga teacher trainings, practices, dinners, art, celebrations, and friendships. The mountain and its weather have left their mark — including a fallen tree and restoration still to be completed. Contributions go toward caring for the land and this little space that has given so much.
We've always valued experiences more than possessions. For anyone who would rather give us a memory, this fund goes toward adventures in our newlywed chapter — travel, beautiful meals, spontaneous detours, and exploring our new corner of the country together.
Most of all, gifts are never expected. Having the people we love together for this weekend is the gift we care about most.
